Actress Meera Vasudevan goes to Bollywood

meera vasudevan Actress, TV presenter and small screen artiste, Meera Vasudevan, who graced the screens in Tamil so long is all set to scorch Bollywood. The actress, who hasn’t been agreeing to a lot of show in the small screen recently, was apparently scouting for offers in Bollywood and is said to landed upon one with the leading star in the Hindi film fraternity.

Actress Mumtaj reinvents herself

Now if you could take your eyes off that picture inset and read this! That is Mumtaj’s new look! No! Our design team is not playing its techno games with you! We are as surprised as you are! It is Mumtaj! With this makeover, an already beautiful Mumtaj is indescribably beautiful now!

With sheer hard work and guidance from eminent trainer K.P. Jayakumar, Mumtaj (also spelt Mumtaz) has toned up her muscles, shed those extra pounds and now looks “super sexy”. With this look, soon she is going to find a Bollywood producer who will make an exclusive film for her, maybe Ram Gopal Varma (remember Naach with sexy Anthara Mali in the lead). Kollywood filmmakers better hurry up!

How long will you keep looking at that little picture inset?! There are so many outstanding pictures of “the new” Mumtaj on our website.mumtaj

A few years ago, T. Rajendar discovered this beauty and immediately knew she will become a sensational heroine; she debuted in his grand movie Monisha En Monalisa. But her “incredible sexiness” proved to be her nemesis; Kollywood audiences began to see her as a sexy actress, and with plumpness being considered sexy in Kollywood, she even had to gain weight, which even choked her Bollywood dreams. Nevertheless, she became quite a sensational and important actress of Tamil Cinema. But tastes are changing and “size zero” and “six-packs”, terms never heard earlier in Kollywood, reverberate throughout it today. And Mumtaj thought this is the right time to show Kollywood what they missed so far! We could hardly wait to see this lady in her new avataar on the big screen!

With her drop-dead gorgeous looks, Mumtaj will always be one of cinema’s most beautiful women.

Desiring to get a first-hand experience of audience reactions to his Pongal release Padikkathavan, Dhanush watched it in Albert and Kasi theatres in Chennai yesterday. With news spreading that Dhanush would arrive in Albert theatre, fans thronged the theatre and there was chaos everywhere. Soon, Dhanush arrived and was greeted by the mad crowd, who had to be controlled by police. Inside, while watching the movie, Dhanush possibly felt the same pride and uneasiness due to the excessive public adulation and attention just as Barack Obama would have felt during his oath-taking ceremony! A delighted Dhanush shared some time with his fans, answering each and every question with great patience. Then Dhanush left the Albert premises amidst a loud cheer from his fans, who were chanting “Long live, Ilaya Superstar”!

Soon, he reached Kasi theatre and the scene was not much different there. And we mean it literally, because some fans who presented the “extempore” performance at Albert were seen here too!

Dhanush attributed Padikkathavan’s success largely to Sun Pictures, who took it to every corner of the state, and to its director Suraaj. He also pointed out that Vivek’s comedy and Tamannaah’s glamour added to the film’s popularity. Promising everyone that he will continue to give more action-comedies in the future, an excited Dhanush bid everyone goodbye.

Ultimate star Ajith's big moustache

ajithManaging to evade the eyes of his numerous fans, Ajith managed to watch Villu at the Prarthana drive in theater last Sunday. Of course, he was careful enough not to get out of his car at any point of time which would have resulted in a mini mob forming instantaneously. After the movie he called up Vijay and talked about the positives in the movie for a long time. He specially mentioned the stunt scenes and asked Vijay to not get involved in too many risky fights.

Meanwhile, Ajith is also getting himself ready for Asal. He has reportedly gone in for a change in his look and is now sporting an extra large, thick moustache, something he has not tried before. Asal will be directed by Saran. Ajith-Saran's previous movie, Attagasam was a double action flick. This had created some speculation that even Asal would be on the same lines.
